Chic adores the lace jacquard dress from liquorish which exudes elegance. The shape is curvaceous and fits in all the right places without showing too much. We love the lace detailing on the dress and the peephole back which gives it a touch of femininity. The lace sleeves and back give it the classic edge.

Versace Mania
Everyone has been anticipating the launch of Versace and H & M collaboration. People queued for hours to buy bag full of items in store. Donatella opened the launch at the Regent Street store for the UK, greeting the shoppers in a pink satin dress which was part of the collection. In America it was a grand opening with many of the celebrities wearing the collection, Nicki Minaj, Emma Roberts and Mark Romson are only some of the large celebrities that attended the event.
With only selected stores selling the line in the UK it was only understandable why so many camped out to buy the Versace collection. At low prices and fashion forward pieces it is clear how the items got sold out within a matter of minutes. The designer clothes online had severe problems due to huge demands.
The collection was not only women's wear online and in store but also menswear and for the first time a range of home products. The collaboration was seen as a success with much speculation it would not be. The line included colourful prints, gold statement jewellery and figure hugging dresses as well as leather a big fashion trend this winter.
The collection made shoppers feel like celebrities, being able to afford the Versace label. In recent years H & M collaborated with Jimmy Choo, which was also a huge success. So who will be the next designer collaborating with one of our favourite high street stores, we shall wait and see.
